Walking and talking therapies.
Sometimes it is hard to talk to family and friends and you just need that one person who holds space for you to be heard and understood with no judgments.
Moving in nature , connecting and healing this is a very powerful process. Then we walk we are in the flow and relaxed enough to talk, being in nature has a positive effect on your mental health, paring that with talking is a very positive experience it also enhances your physical well being too.
So it’s a win win win situation.
We arrange a safe place to meet, generally in and around the Norfolk coast, there are plenty of convenient beautiful places to walk. You can choose your location from what is on offer. I will talk to you about this on your initial consultation. This will happen before the walk to ensure this is the right treatment for you and I am the right person for you to work with.
The session takes place in all weather conditions unless there are issues then they can be arranged indoors. You lead the pace, walking side by side is much less intimidating than the therapy room. It can be combined with email, telephone and online communication. With the current restrictions in place we are allowed to meet one other person with a 2m distance rule.
How do you negotiate other people when walking? Whether in a park or at the beach there are many people that are walking and talking is a very common sight. A client and therapist will not look any different. If you want to go to a quieter place where there is less people around I can always arrange that too, I know of very many beautiful locations to walk where not many tourists go.

You may want to dive straight in and book a Introductory consultation call because you feel ready to start making the changes and are considering my style of coaching. Then book your self a 1.5 hour session. In this you will get a feel for how I work and experience a real live session, which you will benefit from this session alone will leave you feeling refreshed and replenished. A chance for me to get an understanding of where you are at. I spend a little bit of time explaining how our minds work, with the subconscious and conscious and how that might be affecting you at the moment. you will then have a short taster of what hypnosis feels like and we can go from there, I can explain what package will suit you, and then write a special program dedicated just for you if you wish to continue.
All the sessions I have are with Zoom.us. So we have a face to face, virtual interaction and this works great in the current world we live in.
